On April 25th, 2018 representatives of Solidsoft Reply, the company selected to implement and operate the European Hub and the National Medicines Verification System in Bulgaria, demonstrated the application VeriLite to Bulgarian users.

VeriLite is a simple browser application that could be used by pharmacies and wholesalers of medicinal products to authenticate and decommission the unique identifier of medicinal products in fulfillment of their obligations under Directive 2011/62/EU and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/161, which shall enter into force on February 9th, 2019. VeriLite provides an easy solution enabling to meet the legal obligations of the FMD. VeriLite requires no installation as it is delivered from the Microsoft Azure Cloud to the user local browser.
